10:00 - 10:30 AM SPEAK: Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Fine Arts Center -- First Philadelphia Charter School
4300 Tacony Street - Philadelphia, PA
Fattah will speak at groundbreaking for New Philadelphia Charter School's Fine Arts Center adjacent to its main building. The expansion will also house 7th and 8th grades as school expands beyond K-6. It's got 700 students. They are black, white and Hispanic. Ninety percent of them are below poverty line.
11:15 - 11:40 AM PRESS EVENT: Alliance for Progress Charter School -- 1821 Cecil B Moore Ave. Fattah will be talking to 2nd through 5th graders.
12:00 PM - 12:45 PM RALLY: Lead Union: AFSCME DC 47 -- Love Park - JFK Plaza. Fattah and supporters will hold a campaign rally.
3:30 PM - 4:00 PM RALLY: Whittier John G School -- START 3001 N 27th Street (27th & Clearfield)
4:30 PM - 5:00 PM WALK: 40th & Lancaster Commercial Corridor
Fattah will meet and greet voters.
