On the heels of suspected terrorists' apparent plot to attack Fort Dix and Philadelphia's U.S. Coast Guard facility on Washington and Delaware Ave., Fattah will talk about the emergency preparedness plan he would implement as mayor.

Fattah will be joined by members of SEIU Local 32BJ and other supporters for a rally

Fattah will visit the program and speak about the importance of After School programs in stopping youth violence.
