PHILADELPHIA, PA - Mayoral Candidate Chaka Fattah will receive be endorsed by the influential AFSCME D.C. 47 tomorrow, Thursday, at 12:15 PM at their headquarters. AFSCME D.C. 47 represents 3,500 white collar municipal employees. D.C. 47's members are all taxpaying Philadelphia voters.
