Philadelphia, April 18, 2007 – Today, Mayoral Candidate Michael Nutter had a letter delivered to Mayor Street, demanding the Mayor meet with the 5 Mayoral candidates to discuss the selection process for the new CEO of the Philadelphia School District.
Nutter believes that the selection of a new CEO will have long-term implications for the Philadelphia schools and it is very important to discuss future plans now and not when a new Mayor takes office and a CEO is already in place.
