FATTAH TV AD TRANSFORMS MAYOR'S RACE

Mayoral candidate unveils an ad that took a lifetime of work to create

PHILADELPHIA, PA - Highlighting his plans to transform Philadelphia, Mayoral Candidate Chaka Fattah announced today that his campaign will run its first television ad this week.

In the ad, Transform, the Fattah campaign illustrates how Chaka Fattah has spent his entire life helping to transform the lives of others. Starting in 1969, with his own family opening their home to troubled teens, Fattah has worked to change lives. The ad outlines his 25 years of public service, and highlights his vision for keeping kids off the streets, targeting illegal guns and street violence, and giving young people access to better schools, quality after-school programs, and the higher education needed to secure good jobs for the future.

The television ad - the first that Chaka Fattah has run in any political campaign - was produced by AKP&D Message and Media's John Del Cecato.
