On behalf of those touched by Chaka Fattah’s 25 year record on violence prevention, education and housing, the Fattah for Mayor campaign will appeal today’s ruling. We cannot allow one candidate to buy the election while others toil under limits that curtail our ability to share our record of service to Philadelphians. Our decision to appeal goes beyond legalities. It is about providing Philadelphians with a fair opportunity to hear from each candidate, and make a decision based on their record, their ideas, and their vision for our city's future.
