Who: Flavia Colgan, Brett Mandel, Rob Stuart and other leaders of the Philadelphia Reform community.
Background: Over the past few weeks, hundreds of Philadelphia residents have logged on to ReformBallot.org and suggested specific ideas for how to reform Philadelphia's government using wiki technology. At the Constitution Center, 'Citizen Hunter' and Daily News Columnist Flavia Colgan will officially open the next phase of the process to allow citizens to vote for the top three agenda items under the R.E.F.O.R.M Compact. Candidates for Mayor and Council will be presented the agenda later in the month after the three-week online voting period concludes.
