July 28th 2006: State Representative Dwight Evans was on Radio Times with Marty Moss-Coane to discuss the surge in violent crime and the murder epidemic that has Philadelphia in its grip. Evans is the creator of the Blueprint for a Safer Philadelphia, a multi-faceted approach to ending violent crime.
