THE SECOND POLL: KNOX MAKES BIG GAINS
JANUARY, 2007: The second Daily News Keystone poll in the Mayor's race has been released by Franklin & Marshall College -- and this time, the big news is that Tom Knox's spending on advertising is paying off. The percentage of voters who said that, if the election were held today, they'd vote for Knox leapt from 1 percent to 22 percent since July 2006, when the first poll in the race was taken.
